Right now, I want to specifically talk about three essential oils that are great for supporting our mood. We all have those days where we are in a bad mood and can’t seem to shake it. Essential oils can be a powerful tool in helping to boost our mood and help us shake the bad feelings. I don’t think they are the end all be all but I think they are a powerful tool to have in our wellness kits.
My all time favorite oil for mood boosting is Grapefruit Essential Oil. This stuff seriously smells amazing and can often support my body and help be get back into a better mood. It is an uplifting scent that can help support mental alertness and an enhanced mood. What’s not to love there. This is one of the first oils I feel in love with and one that I always keep on hand.
Next we have Frankincense Essential Oil. This oil is great for supporting and balancing our emotions. It’s an earthy, kind of woodsy scent that can help us be grounded and more at peace. This is great for those days when we have so many emotions that we just can’t even deal and just need some extra support.
Last, is Peppermint Essential Oil. This oil is great for supporting alertness and supporting our focus. I love to use this oil when I am having a rough start to the day but have a lot to get done. It’s a refreshing and invigorating scent that seems to help put me in a better mood.
